At Poochy Pawz your satisfaction is always our top priority, so you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date.
- All items must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, unused with any manufacturer’s original stickers still attached.
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt.
- The amount of refund will reflect the price of the item(s) plus taxes paid at time of purchase (excluding delivery/return charges).
- Please note, we do not accept returns for final sale items unless they are damaged/defective.
RETURN PROCESS
- Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged/defective item or if you plan on returning your purchase/gift.
- Complete the RMA form below & we will issue you an RMA number, RMA label and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Once receiving the RMA number, please enclose it with your return purchase.
- You can expect your refund within 2 weeks from the time we receive your return package.
- We will refund shipping costs if the wrong item is shipped or damaged/defective.
