1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Here at Poochy Pawz we stand by our products and our service. Nothing makes us happier than hearing one of our products has helped make your dog’s life a little better. So if something has gone wrong, we absolutely want to help get you a replacement.
The quick warranty: All of our products are made with care and covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear-and-tear and natural variation in fabrics do not qualify as defects.
The entire Poochy Pawz Warranty:
Poochy Pawz warrants the Product against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim with photo is received by Poochy Pawz within the Warranty Period, at its option. Poochy Pawz will exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Poochy Pawz warrants replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Poochy Pawz property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Poochy Pawz’s property.
Exclusions and Limitations
Poochy Pawz’s limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
- Normal wear and tear of Product use is not covered.
- Due to the natural character inherent to fabric, variations such as blemishes, grain and color are not covered.
- Products that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair.
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Poochy Pawz specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. No Poochy Pawz reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
